This information helps us identify users, prevent fraud, and maintain secure account access.

To ensure compatibility, security, and performance optimization, the application may collect limited technical device information including device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, device language settings, IP address, network provider, and approximate geographic region.

Usage & Interaction Data

TimeRupi may collect anonymous or aggregated usage information such as screens visited, features accessed, time spent on certain activities, engagement with advertisements, survey participation, and interaction with in-app elements.

Advertising Identifier

The application may access your device's Advertising ID for advertising and analytics purposes. This identifier allows advertising networks to deliver relevant ads and measure advertising performance without accessing sensitive personal data. Users can reset or disable their Advertising ID through device settings at any time.

Sensitive Data Disclaimer

TimeRupi does not collect or store sensitive financial information, including bank account numbers, debit or credit card details, online banking credentials, passwords, or OTP codes. Any payment processing is handled through secure third-party systems.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used strictly for operational, functional, and improvement purposes including platform functionality, account authentication, reward tracking, personalization of user experience, security and fraud prevention, communication of updates, and performance optimization.

3. Data Storage & Security

User data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure including Google Firebase and other trusted cloud platforms. Security measures include encrypted communication protocols, secure authentication mechanisms, firewall protection, restricted data access controls, and regular system monitoring. No digital platform can guarantee 100% absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and device access.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

TimeRupi integrates the following trusted third-party services:

• Google AdMob – for advertising delivery
• Firebase Analytics – for usage analysis
• Rapidoreach Survey SDK – for survey delivery and offerwall integration
• CPX Research Survey SDK – for survey delivery and audience research

These partners may collect limited technical information including device identifiers, advertising ID, engagement metrics, and general device information. Each operates under its own privacy policy. TimeRupi does not control how these external platforms process data once it is shared through their services. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these providers separately.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The application may use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience, remember user preferences, store session data, maintain login states, improve loading speed, and track feature performance. 1. Use of Services & Engagement-Based Reward System

1.1 Acceptance of Services

By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the TimeRupi mobile application ("App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms represent a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company operating the TimeRupi platform.

Your continued use of the application constitutes full acceptance of all present policies, future modifications, operational guidelines, platform rules, and reward system updates. Users who do not agree with any part of these Terms must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the application.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Any updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication.

1.2 Purpose of the Application

TimeRupi is a digital engagement-based entertainment platform designed to provide users with access to various forms of online interactive content including short-form content viewing, interactive web experiences, advertising engagement, promotional campaigns, optional survey participation, and other engagement-based digital activities.

The purpose is to create an environment where users can explore digital content while participating in engagement-driven reward mechanisms. The application does not guarantee any financial gain, income opportunity, employment arrangement, or investment benefit.

1.3 Nature of Engagement Credits

Within TimeRupi, users may see visual indicators such as coin balances, reward counters, engagement scores, and milestone progress indicators. These are used strictly as gamified engagement metrics designed to enhance the user experience.

Engagement credits displayed inside the application do not represent real currency, do not hold any independent monetary value, cannot be traded or sold, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged through external platforms. They function purely within the internal ecosystem of the application.

1.6 Restrictions on Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and secure environment:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using VPN or proxy tools
• Operating automated bots
• Running emulator-based engagement systems
• Modifying application code
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineering platform algorithms

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of engagement credits, and device identification blacklisting.

1.7 App Updates & Maintenance

TimeRupi may periodically perform technical updates, maintenance operations, and system optimizations. During such periods, users may experience temporary service interruptions, slower loading speeds, delayed reward synchronization, or temporary unavailability of certain features. The Company shall not be held liable for any perceived reward loss or inconvenience caused by maintenance operations.

1.8 Withdrawal & Redemption Process

Users who accumulate sufficient engagement credits may request redemption through available withdrawal options. Currently supported methods may include UPI payout and Amazon Gift Voucher codes. The minimum credit balance required to initiate a redemption request is 3000 engagement units.

Withdrawal requests undergo internal verification including fraud detection, account activity analysis, eligibility validation, and security checks. Processing timelines range from 72 hours to 15 working days. TimeRupi reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel withdrawal requests where suspicious activity or policy violations are detected. All such decisions are final.

1.9 Advertising & Monetization

TimeRupi integrates advertising networks such as Google AdMob and other partners. Ads may appear as banner advertisements, rewarded video advertisements, and interstitial advertisements. Advertising revenue supports platform operations and enables the engagement reward program.

1.10 Ad Behavior Policy

Users must not attempt to block advertisements, skip ad playback artificially, manipulate ad impressions, or use ad-blocking tools. Failure to comply may impact reward eligibility.

1.11 Device Compatibility

The Company aims to maintain compatibility across a wide range of Android devices and OS versions. However, due to differences in hardware configurations and manufacturer modifications, performance variations may occur. TimeRupi shall not be responsible for technical issues arising from device limitations.

2. Fraud Prevention, Account Suspension & Legal Framework

2.1 Anti-Fraud Policy

TimeRupi maintains a strict anti-fraud system. Activities considered fraudulent include fake account creation, automated engagement manipulation, referral abuse, and payout fraud attempts. Users engaging in such behavior may face permanent account termination.

2.2 Account Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity. All enforcement decisions made by the platform are final.

2.3 Withdrawal Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed through internal monitoring systems. The platform may pause withdrawals for additional verification when necessary.

2.4 Payment Methods

Eligible users may receive engagement-based benefits through UPI or Amazon voucher codes depending on availability.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for losses caused by network failures, device malfunction, advertisement system downtime, or third-party survey provider issues.

2.6 Financial Disclaimer

TimeRupi is not a financial institution, investment platform, or employment provider. All rewards are symbolic engagement representations.

2.7 Data Privacy

User information collected during authentication is used only for security and reward verification purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, and application code belong exclusively to TimeRupi. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

2.9 Modification of Services

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

2.11 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for service disruption caused by circumstances beyond its control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical infrastructure failures.

2.12 User Agreement Continuity

Continued use of the application confirms acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
