What are Engagement Credits?
Engagement Credits are digital participation rewards you earn while using TimeRupi. They represent your activity level within the platform. They are not monetary currency and do not hold independent financial value outside the app's ecosystem.
How do I earn engagement credits?
You can earn engagement credits through multiple activities: active browsing on the platform, interacting with advertisements, completing optional surveys via Rapidoreach and CPX Research, participating in promotional campaigns, and other in-app engagement activities.
Do credits expire?
Credits may be subject to expiry or adjustment based on platform policies, inactivity periods, or policy violations. Always ensure your account remains active and compliant with the App Rules to protect your credits.
Can I transfer credits to another user?
No. Engagement credits are non-transferable. They cannot be sent to another user, sold, traded, or exchanged through any external platform. Credits exist solely within your personal account.
Why didn't I receive credits for my activity?
Credits are awarded based on valid, verified engagement. If credits did not appear, it may be due to: background app closure during activity, network disconnection, use of prohibited tools (VPN, bots), or system synchronization delay. Try refreshing the app and checking again after some time.
Are credits guaranteed for every session?
Credits are awarded based on verified, active engagement. While the system is designed to track genuine activity, technical issues, connectivity problems, or policy restrictions may occasionally affect credit allocation. No specific credit amount is guaranteed per session.
What happens to credits if my account is suspended?
If your account is suspended due to policy violations, all accumulated credits may be forfeited permanently. The Company's enforcement decisions are final and non-reversible.
Can I earn credits while the app is in background?
No. Only active, on-screen engagement is tracked and rewarded. Background activity is not counted. The app must be actively open and in use for credits to be recorded.
What are the survey platforms used in TimeRupi?
TimeRupi integrates two trusted third-party survey providers: Rapidoreach Survey SDK and CPX Research Survey SDK. These providers deliver survey opportunities to eligible users based on demographic data, geographic location, and advertiser requirements.
Are surveys mandatory?
No. Surveys are completely optional. You are not required to participate in any survey to use the TimeRupi browser. Surveys are simply an additional way to earn bonus engagement credits if you choose to participate.
Why was I disqualified from a survey?
Survey disqualification is handled entirely by the third-party survey provider (Rapidoreach or CPX Research). Disqualification may depend on your demographics, advertiser requirements, geographic targeting, research quotas, or other criteria. TimeRupi has no control over this process and is not responsible for survey rejection or disqualification.
Why am I not seeing any surveys?
Survey availability depends on your region, demographic profile, device type, and current advertiser demand. Not all users will see surveys at all times. Survey availability fluctuates based on research quotas and partner campaign requirements.
I completed a survey but didn't get credits. Why?
Survey credits are subject to approval by the third-party survey provider. If you were disqualified mid-survey or if the provider flagged the response, credits may not be awarded. TimeRupi cannot override the third-party provider's reward decisions. Contact support if this happens repeatedly.
Is my survey data shared with TimeRupi?
Survey data is managed by the respective third-party survey providers (Rapidoreach, CPX Research). TimeRupi does not have direct access to survey response data. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies separately.
Can I attempt the same survey multiple times?
No. Each survey is designed for a single completion per user. Attempting to repeat surveys may be flagged as fraudulent activity and could lead to account review or credit forfeiture.
What types of surveys appear in the app?
Surveys may cover topics such as consumer preferences, product feedback, media consumption habits, brand awareness, and lifestyle research. Survey content is determined by the advertisers and researchers using the Rapidoreach and CPX Research platforms.
Does TimeRupi control survey content?

Why do surveys sometimes stop in the middle?
Surveys may terminate early if the provider's screening system determines you do not match the required profile for that particular study. This is standard industry practice. It is not a technical error โ€” it is a quota or eligibility decision by the survey provider.
How do I redeem my engagement credits?
Once you reach the minimum required credit balance, go to the Redeem section in your app profile. Choose your preferred redemption method โ€” UPI transfer or Amazon Gift Card โ€” and submit your request. Processing timelines vary.
What is the minimum balance needed to redeem?
The minimum credit balance required to initiate a redemption request is 3000 engagement units. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
What redemption methods are available?
Currently supported redemption methods are UPI payout and Amazon Gift Voucher codes. The availability of each method may vary based on your region and current platform operations.
How long does redemption processing take?
Redemption requests go through internal verification processes. Processing timelines can range from 72 hours to up to 15 working days depending on verification requirements, system load, and partner network delays.
Can I have multiple pending redemption requests?
No. Only one redemption request can be processed at a time. You must wait for your current request to be completed or rejected before submitting a new one.
My redemption request was rejected. Why?
Redemption requests may be rejected if suspicious activity is detected on your account, if verification fails, or if your account is found to be in violation of any platform policies. Rejection decisions are final. Contact support at timerupi2025@gmail.com for clarification.
Can I change my UPI ID after submitting a redemption request?
Once a redemption request is submitted, changes to payment details may not be possible. Ensure your UPI ID or other details are correct before submitting. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed.

Can I share my account with someone else?

How do I delete my account?

Why was my account suspended?
Accounts may be suspended for violations including: creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxy tools, automated or bot-driven activity, emulator usage, fraudulent redemption attempts, or any other activity that violates the App Rules or Terms & Conditions.
Can I appeal an account suspension?

What information do I need to provide during sign-up?
Sign-up requires a valid Google account. Your name and email are collected for account identification and security. Providing inaccurate or fake information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account action.
Is it safe to log in with my Google account?
Yes. Google Sign-In uses OAuth authentication. TimeRupi never receives or stores your Google password. Only basic profile information (name, email) is shared through the secure Google authentication process.
Can I change the email linked to my account?

The app is not loading. What should I do?
First, check your internet connection. Then try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device. Do NOT clear app data or cache, as this may affect your credit records. If the issue continues, contact support.
Should I clear the app cache or data?
No. Clearing app cache or data is strongly discouraged. Doing so may cause issues with activity tracking, session management, and credit synchronization. Always contact support before performing any such actions.
Can I use a VPN with TimeRupi?
No. VPN and proxy usage is strictly prohibited on TimeRupi. The system actively monitors for VPN activity. Using a VPN may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.
Can I use the app on an emulator?
No. Emulator usage is considered a form of engagement manipulation and is strictly prohibited. The platform can detect emulator environments and accounts found using emulators will be subject to permanent suspension.
Does TimeRupi work on rooted devices?
Using TimeRupi on rooted or modified devices may affect app functionality and is not officially supported. Modified devices can interfere with security checks and activity tracking. Use on an unmodified Android device is recommended.
How do I update the TimeRupi app?

What happens during app maintenance?

These Terms represent a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company operating the TimeRupi platform.

Your continued use of the application constitutes full acceptance of all present policies, future modifications, operational guidelines, platform rules, and reward system updates. Users who do not agree with any part of these Terms must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the application.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Any updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication.

Within TimeRupi, users may see visual indicators such as coin balances, reward counters, engagement scores, and milestone progress indicators. These are used strictly as gamified engagement metrics designed to enhance the user experience.

Engagement credits displayed inside the application do not represent real currency, do not hold any independent monetary value, cannot be traded or sold, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged through external platforms. They function purely within the internal ecosystem of the application.

1.4 Surveys, Revenue Participation & Reward Model

The TimeRupi platform generates operational revenue through advertising networks, brand sponsorships, promotional collaborations, third-party survey platforms, and marketing partnerships.

The App may provide users with optional surveys made available through trusted third-party partners including Rapidoreach Survey SDK and CPX Research Survey SDK. These external partners are responsible for delivering survey opportunities based on demographic targeting, regional eligibility, and advertiser demand.

Users who successfully complete surveys may receive engagement credits. For surveys completed through supported survey partners, the reward conversion currently follows the structure:

However, this sharing model is not legally binding, distribution ratios may change, and reward models may evolve. The Company retains complete authority to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward structure without prior notice.

1.5 Third-Party Survey Disclaimer

Survey opportunities appearing inside TimeRupi are delivered and managed by independent third-party survey providers including Rapidoreach and CPX Research.

TimeRupi does not control the internal screening logic, targeting rules, or qualification criteria applied by these providers. Survey eligibility may depend on user demographics, advertiser requirements, geographic targeting, device compatibility, and research quotas.

Users may occasionally be disqualified from surveys after entering screening questions. Such disqualifications are determined entirely by the survey provider and are not controlled by TimeRupi. The Company shall not be responsible for survey rejection, incomplete survey reward approvals, disqualification, quota closures, or survey availability limitations.

1.6 Restrictions on Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and secure environment:

The Company shall not be held liable for any perceived reward loss or inconvenience caused by maintenance operations.

1.8 Withdrawal & Redemption Process

Users who accumulate sufficient engagement credits may request redemption through available withdrawal options. Currently supported methods may include UPI payout and Amazon Gift Voucher codes. The minimum credit balance required to initiate a redemption request is 3000 engagement units.

Withdrawal requests undergo internal verification including fraud detection, account activity analysis, eligibility validation, and security checks. Processing timelines range from 72 hours to 15 working days. TimeRupi reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel withdrawal requests where suspicious activity or policy violations are detected. All such decisions are final.

1.9 Advertising & Monetization

TimeRupi integrates advertising networks such as Google AdMob and other partners. Ads may appear as banner advertisements, rewarded video advertisements, and interstitial advertisements. Advertising revenue supports platform operations and enables the engagement reward program.

1.10 Ad Behavior Policy

Users must not attempt to block advertisements, skip ad playback artificially, manipulate ad impressions, or use ad-blocking tools. Failure to comply may impact reward eligibility.

1.11 Device Compatibility

The Company aims to maintain compatibility across a wide range of Android devices and OS versions. However, due to differences in hardware configurations and manufacturer modifications, performance variations may occur. TimeRupi shall not be responsible for technical issues arising from device limitations.

2. Fraud Prevention, Account Suspension & Legal Framework

TimeRupi maintains a strict anti-fraud system. Activities considered fraudulent include fake account creation, automated engagement manipulation, referral abuse, and payout fraud attempts. Users engaging in such behavior may face permanent account termination.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity. All enforcement decisions made by the platform are final.

Note: Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, credit forfeiture, or permanent ban. All enforcement decisions are final.

Account Rules

  • Rule 1 โ€“ One Account Per Device: Only one account is permitted per device and per user. Creating or using multiple accounts is a serious violation.
  • Rule 2 โ€“ Accurate Information Required: Users must provide accurate, genuine information during registration. Fake or temporary email addresses are not permitted.

Usage Guidelines

  • Rule 3 โ€“ Minimum Continuous Usage: A minimum of 3 to 5 minutes of continuous active usage is required for session activity to be tracked and credited.
  • Rule 4 โ€“ Active Screen Time Only: Only active, on-screen engagement is tracked. Background activity, minimized state, or locked screen usage does not count toward engagement credits.

Prohibited Activities

  • Rule 5 โ€“ No VPNs or Proxies: Use of VPN services, proxy tools, or IP masking software is strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate account action.
  • Rule 6 โ€“ No Automation or Bots: Automation tools, scripts, bots, or any form of artificial engagement manipulation is prohibited.
  • Rule 7 โ€“ No Emulators: Using the app on emulators, virtual machines, or modified Android environments is not permitted.
  • Rule 8 โ€“ No Account Sharing or Selling: Sharing account access with others or selling your account to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Rule 9 โ€“ Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: A minimum balance of 3000 engagement units is required before a redemption request can be submitted.
  • Rule 10 โ€“ Approved Redemption Methods: Redemption is available only through UPI payout or Amazon Gift Card. No other methods are supported.
  • Rule 11 โ€“ One Request at a Time: Only one redemption request may be active at a time. New requests cannot be submitted while one is being processed.
  • Rule 12 โ€“ Processing Timeline: Redemption requests are processed within 72 hours to 15 working days. Timelines may vary based on verification requirements.

Important Notes

  • Rule 13 โ€“ Do Not Clear App Data: Clearing app cache or data is strongly discouraged and may affect activity tracking and credit synchronization.
  • Rule 14 โ€“ Rules Are Subject to Change: These rules may be updated at any time. The latest version is always the applicable version.
  • Rule 15 โ€“ Violations Result in Suspension: Policy violations may result in immediate account suspension, credit forfeiture, or permanent ban without prior warning or compensation.
  • Rule 16 โ€“ Continued Use Equals Agreement: By continuing to use the TimeRupi application, you confirm your ongoing acceptance of all current rules and terms.
